Ramadan Evening at the Student Club

Under the supervision of the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Mohsin Noori Hamzah, the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology held a special Ramadan evening on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Student Club, with wide participation from the department’s students and faculty.

The evening was attended by the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Farhad Muhammad Othman; the Dean of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Professor Dr. Alaa Abdulhady Jaber; The Deputy Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Imad Abdul Hussein Abdul Sahib; and Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Saadoun Abdul Zahra.

The evening was filled with a Ramadan atmosphere filled with camaraderie and communication. It concluded with a communal breakfasting meal that brought together students and their faculty, an event that strengthens the bonds of love and belonging within the university community.

This initiative embodies the spirit of cooperation and friendship that characterizes the department’s students and reflects the department’s leadership’s commitment to supporting activities that contribute to consolidating human and social values within the academic environment.
